Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Requests have to be received before the start date (date of the first session) of the programme. However, in case you face technical difficulties in connecting with us, we will accept refund requests up to 24 hours after the start date of the programme.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Refund policy

We limit the number of attendees in every programme/intervention of ours to ensure that the group is cohesive and each individual benefits from being in a group. We would like the group to remain together for the entire duration of the programme. Therefore, once you have attended one session, we unfortunately, cannot process a refund unless you have technical difficulties in connecting to us.

If you need to test us out, please buy one of our cheaper short sessions. We will also be running a free session every month so you can experience how we do things.
